STARDUST Status Report

July 14, 2000

There was one Deep Space Network (DSN) tracking pass during the past week. All subsystems onboard the spacecraft are performing normally.

Flight sequence SC020 was successfully transmitted to the spacecraft. SC020 will start next week.

Preparations for turning on the Navigation Camera (NAVCAM) Charge Couple Device (CCD) heater are in progress. The heater will remain on for approximately a week and images will be taken periodically.

The STARDUST Outreach team participated in the Astronomy Society of the Pacific meeting with displays and educational materials.
